Refund policy
At R2R, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Refunds are only provided in cases where we are at fault, such as if we dispatch a faulty product, an odd pair, or the wrong item. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reasons, including sizing issues.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and we strive to work with our clients to find a fair resolution. If you or your customer receives an item that needs to be returned due to sizing issues, please contact us and provide clear photographs of the shoes in the same condition in which they were received.
If the shoes are returned in their original, unworn condition, we will offer an exchange, subject to a £10 restocking fee. Please note that we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
This policy applies uniformly to all of our clients, regardless of the size of their business or the length of their relationship with us. We are committed to treating all of our customers with fairness and consistency.
While we adhere to this policy, we recognise that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise. In such cases, we reserve the right to exercise discretion and may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
